Bradley Liebe, hailing from Wisconsin, has dedicated over two decades to various leadership roles within non-profit and faith-based organizations, holding positions from Student Ministries Director in Fort Myers, Florida, to Executive Pastor and COO in Fresno, California. Born in Waupaca, Wisconsin, Pastor Bradley Liebe's educational pursuits at North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, ignited his passion for leadership and community service. This academic foundation propelled him into a career where he could positively influence and inspire others.

He began his professional journey in Fort Myers, Florida, where he served as Student Ministries Director at a local church from January 1992 until November 2000. In this capacity, he organized weekly events that fostered personal and spiritual growth among students, designed curricula, and led activities that supported the holistic development of young individuals.

Liebe's organizing skills extended to planning large-scale events nationally and internationally, drawing crowds ranging from 100 to over 10,000 participants. These events significantly contributed to his reputation as an effective mentor and leader adept at nurturing potential in youth and young adults.

In December 2000, Bradley expanded his career internationally by moving to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he assumed the role of Executive Director at a newly established faith-based technical college. He successfully led the college to achieve a complete enrollment of 50 international students in its first year and raised $2 million to establish and maintain the institution. His oversight included curriculum development and managing the daily operations, ensuring the success and sustainability of the college.

Upon returning to the United States in January 2003, Liebe resumed his leadership role at his former church in Fort Myers as Assistant Senior Pastor. His strategic vision was instrumental in expanding the church from one central location to five regional campuses, managing substantial building projects and technology upgrades that enhanced the church’s outreach and operational efficiency.

In 2009, Bradley took on the role of Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin. Under his leadership, the church witnessed a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions, and he adeptly managed a $400,000 budget deficit, turning it into an economic surplus.

In 2013, Liebe transitioned to the financial services sector, becoming President of a firm specializing in seniors' services. Over the past decade, his leadership has helped many seniors achieve economic security and confidently plan for retirement.

Since 2008, Bradley has also been active as a professional speaker and coach, delivering seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and navigating change. His seminars are praised for their actionable insights and the practical relevance they offer professionals across various fields.

In January 2014, Bradley Liebe assumed the role of Executive Pastor and COO at a church, overseeing various ministries and operational aspects.
